Organic farming is a sustainable farming system that aims to produce healthy crops without the use of artificial pesticides and chemical fertilizers that may be harmful to the environment. It reduces pollution, conserves water, reduces soil erosion, increases soil fertility, and uses less energy. Farming without synthetic pesticides is also better for nearby birds and animals as well as people who live close to farms.

It is true that organic products are often more expensive. Some reasons are: 1. Higher costs of producing organic food
2. Organic food grows more slowly
3. Organic food production is limited and demand is high
4. The labor cost of organic farming is high
5. Marketing and distribution are inefficient and handling small volumes of produce is charged extra thereby increasing the cost of the produce

Biodynamic agriculture and food production is a special type of ecological farming, with extra demands regarding animal welfare, closed nutrient cycles, and ecology. Biodynamic farming was first developed in the the1920s and stood at the cradle of the organic movement. Biodynamic products can be recognized by the Demeter label.

1. Improve the soil structure over a certain period of time.
2. Full of Nutrients
3. Organic fertilizers are extremely easy to use and offer harmless operations.
4. They are considered to be renewable, biodegradable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly.
5. They improve water movement into the soil and, in time, add structure to the soil.
6. Organics feed beneficial microbes, making the soil easier to work.
7. Can be prepared easily by composting the available cow or poultry manure.
